  • 1 bunch Asparagus (can substitute with bell peppers, zucchini, or green beans)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (or avocado oil)
  • 1 tablespoon Blackened Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (optional)

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Toss the shrimp with half of the blackened seasoning and let them marinate for about 5 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining blackened seasoning along with the asparagus. Sauté for approximately 4-5 minutes.
  5. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, drizzle with fresh lemon juice, and gently toss everything together for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Garnish your dish with fresh parsley before serving warm.
