  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2.5 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh cilantro

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400˚F.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet. Drain.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning.
  4. Add water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough.
  6. Spread the ground beef over the pizza dough.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Roll the dough up jelly roll style.
  9. Cut into 1/2 inch rounds.
  10. Arrange the pinwheels on a baking sheet.
  11. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden and puffy.

Notes

Serve with dipping sauce for best experience.
