- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar or lime juice, and minced garlic until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, toss your chicken pieces with the all purpose flour, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through.
- Divide cooked rice among four serving bowls and layer with shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, and shredded cabbage.
- Top with crispy chicken, drizzle generously with Bang Bang sauce, and garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro.
