My Grandmother is The Champion in Making Soft Yellow Rolls, this is her story …
Ingredients
- For dough
150 g mashed pumpkin
3 tablespoons oil
20 g yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
125 ml kefir or yogurt
125-25ml hot water
600g flour
- Coating the dough
100 g butter (or margarine with butter flavor)
1 egg
- For coating roller
1 egg white
1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Preparation
Put the yeast in the 25 ml water with sugar and a little flour to high.
In a bowl sieve the flour, add the remaining ingredients and finally with water kneaded soft dough. If you think you need, placed a little more flour, but then continue the kneading up to the desk. Return it to the pot, cover and allow doubling.
Split dough on 2 parts and roll each rectangle layer, which will coat mixed with butter and egg, and then turns as roll. Before rolling, put cheese, pizza or some other filling.
My favorite is to leave them without filling. Cut pieces about the size of 2 cm or cut rolls diagonally to the triangles forms.
Arrange them on a greased baking tin and brush then with the mixed of the egg and then sprinkle sesame seeds all over them. If you wish sesame can be replaced with cumin.
Bake at a temperature of 200 degrees until they look golden.
And the one thing that is very important ….
